Prior to forming JD'A Consulting, Joanne D'Arcangelo served as a State House lobbyist and advocate working on behalf of women and families for almost 20 years, and served as Chief of Staff to the House Majority Leader and the Speaker of the House. Her background and experience speak to her success as an activist, but it is her passion and commitment to help others advocate for themselves that has motivated her to establish JD'A Consulting, Inc.
