- Skill-building exercises on group dynamics, achieving group agreement, creating meeting liturgies, defining the “interests of the team”, recognizing and applying norming practices, and achieving system improvements; and,
- Guided interactive small group sessions to customize and apply these tools to address your team’s needs.

Karen Heck is a certified Meyers-Briggs trainer and provides the Meyers-Briggs Type Inventory assessment to participants prior to the workshop.
